Top Sponsors Announced for 2019 Mid-Winter Ball “A Night Under the Stars”
Greenwood, S.C. (January 9, 2019) — Leading Financial institutions, Greenwood Capital and Countybank along with Lonza are returning as the presenting sponsors for the 2019 Self Regional Healthcare Mid-Winter Ball on February 23 at the Greenwood Country Club.

The theme for the 31st Annual Ball is “A Night Under the Stars”. This highly anticipated event includes an evening of dinner prepared by the Self Regional Food and Nutrition team, silent and live auctions, and dancing with music by the Shimmer Band out of Atlanta, Georgia sponsored by Davis & Floyd and Uldrick Builders. Rodgers Builders will once again sponsor the table decorations and Wesley Commons is returning as the Silent Auction sponsor.
“On behalf of the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation Board of Trustees, I thank all of our major 2019 Midwinter Ball sponsors for their support,” said Ken Coffey, Executive Director of the Foundation. “Last year, we tried something new and different by moving the Ball to the Greenwood Country Club. The feedback we received from our sponsors and by Ball attendees was overwhelmingly positive, and we believe that the response will be even greater this year. So…if you missed out last year, you won’t want to miss this year’s Ball because the stars will be out in Greenwood, SC on the night of February 23!”
Proceeds from this year’s ball will again benefit the Our Vision is 2020 Campaign that will fund three mission critical projects: renovations to the Childbirth Center, renovation and expansion of the Ambulatory Care Center and renovation to the Emergency Department.
