You are cordially invited to become a member of the Madame Curie Society, a select group of caring and involved community members who have made a personal pledge to promote healthcare excellence in our community. The compassionate individuals united by this honorary distinction share a profound commitment to Self Regional Healthcare and to its tradition of quality in healthcare services.
Established in 1998, the Madame Curie Society came about as a tribute to Madame Curie who was a daughter, a wife, a mother, a scientist and a physicist. She was a pioneer whose work led to the discovery of elements that are vital to the work hospitals perform every day. Her gifts to mankind have given physicians and nurses one of the most important weapons to diagnose, treat and fight illness, injury and disease: diagnostic imaging.
Moreover, her gift has endured through time, just as the gifts from our Madame Curie Society members continue to make a difference in availability of high quality healthcare in our community and the Lakelands region.
Invitations to join the Madame Curie Society are extended to those who
accept the challenge to support Self Regional Healthcare through a single
gift of $10,000 or more, or through a minimum pledge of $2,000 annually
over a period of five years.
