38th Annual Mid-Winter Ball Chairs
Greenwood, SC — [July 15, 2025] —Self Regional Healthcare Foundation is proud to announce Mrs. Davis Renee Migdalas and Mrs. Chelsea Castellone as the Chairs for the 38th Annual Mid-Winter Ball.
This much-anticipated event will raise funds for the purchase of a 3D Mobile Mammography Vehicle, which will provide vital breast cancer screenings and early detection services throughout the region.
“We are honored to have Davis Renee and Chelsea leading this year’s event,” said Ken Coffey, Executive Director. “Both women bring enthusiasm, heart, and deep ties to our community — qualities that will undoubtedly make this year’s Mid-Winter Ball one to remember.”
Mrs. Migdalas served as co-chair for the 2025 Mid-Winter Ball and is a Madame Curie Society member. She is a Nurse Practitioner at Self Regional Healthcare, co-owner of Sweet Tea’s Children’s Boutique and owner of Flourish Health and Wellness in Uptown Greenwood.
Mrs. Castellone served on the Silent Auction Committee for the 2025 Mid-Winter Ball and is a Madame Curie Society Member. She is a Physician Associate (PA-C) at Self Regional Healthcare’s Family Practice in Ninety-Six, working alongside her husband, Dr. Reid Castellone.
“It’s such an honor to serve as the Chair for this year’s Mid-Winter Ball. Our community has always shown up for one another in meaningful ways, and this event is a beautiful example of that. The funds we raise will touch lives across our region, and I’m grateful to be a part of something that brings hope, care, and early detection to women who need it most.” shared Davis Renee.
