Greenwood, S.C.- May 31, 2018 – Self Regional Healthcare Foundation recently awarded two Piedmont Technical College students scholarships to assist with their respiratory therapy studies.

Kayla Ann Cleveland and Ebony Simone Clark are recipients of the M. John and Drenda Heydel Respiratory Therapy Scholarship and each received $1,000 in scholarship funds. Cleveland and Clark are first-year respiratory therapy program students.

The M. John and Drenda Heydel Respiratory Therapy scholarship, named in honor of former respiratory therapist and Self Regional Healthcare President and CEO John Heydel and his wife Drenda, is available to first- and second-year students enrolled in the respiratory therapy program at Piedmont Technical College.
