Founded on January 9, 1985, the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation has been and is comprised of caring individuals from all segments of our community. The Foundation’s mission is clear: to be a conduit for gifts and bequests to help Self Regional Healthcare grow and meet the healthcare needs of Greenwood and the Lakelands region.
Working in concert with the Self Regional Healthcare Board and Administration, the Foundation provides much needed funds for new construction and renovations, replacement of new medical equipment and technology and assists in planning for the funding of future healthcare needs. Since 1985, almost $40 million in gifts have been received to accomplish this mission.
