2020 Legacy Circle Drive Thru Recognition Event
On October 22, 2020, the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation conducted a rather unique recognition event for the Foundation’s Legacy Circle members. Members were invited to a “drive-thru” at the Foundation office where Board members and staff presented attendees with a Foundation “Swag Bag” and chamber checks.
“Normally, we host a very nice luncheon for our Legacy Circle members, but with the Pandemic still upon us, a luncheon wasn’t feasible. So…we improvised and came up with our “drive-thru event,” said Laine Orcutt, chair of the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation Board of Trustees. 2020 has been a year for the ages. Despite the economy, the stock market, and the weather, life has marched on albeit differently than anyone could have imagined.
“We held this event as a way for us to say thank you to our Legacy Circle members,” said John Cooper, chairman of the Foundation’s Planned Gifts Committee.
