Self Regional Healthcare Foundation Formally Invites Community to 38th Annual Mid-Winter Ball: “A Mediterranean Soiree”

Greenwood, SC — The Self Regional Healthcare Foundation is pleased to formally invite guests, supporters, and friends from across the region and beyond to the 38th Annual Mid-Winter Ball, to be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Chandler Center at Lander University. This year’s theme, A Mediterranean Soiree, promises an evening of elegance, celebration, and community impact in support of women’s health across our region.

“This is more than a Ball — it’s an evening that directly contributes to saving lives,” said Chelsea Castellone, Co-Chair. “We’re honored to help lead an event that brings our community together for a cause that truly matters.”

Chair Davis Renee Migdalas added, “The funds raised will support technology that ensures women across our region have access to advanced breast cancer screenings, regardless of location or financial barrier. That’s something every family in our community can feel proud to support.”

A central focus of the evening will be raising funds to assist in the purchase of a new, 3-D Mobile Mammography vehicle, which will provide early-detection breast cancer screenings throughout the Lakelands region. “One in eight women will face a breast cancer diagnosis,” said Ken Coffey, Executive Director of the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation. “This mobile 3-D mammography unit will truly be lifesaving. We are deeply grateful for every sponsor, donor, and attendee who helps turn this project into reality.”

The evening will feature live music by PUNCH BAND, a gala buffet, a silent auction, an open bar, and a refined black-tie atmosphere complemented by a bourbon and wine tent, creating an unforgettable night of philanthropy and enjoyment.

Guests are strongly encouraged to take advantage of Early Bird pricing, which is available only through December 31st. After this date, seat pricing will increase.

Guests are reminded that this year’s Ball is ticketless, with all seating reserved and noted upon arrival.

Seats may be reserved by scanning the QR code, visiting selfregionalfoundation.org or by calling the Foundation at 864-725-4256.
