Medically Speaking Event Brings Community Together for Heart Health Education
The Self Regional Healthcare Foundation recently hosted another successful Medically Speaking program, welcoming a strong turnout of community members, students, and hospital staff for an engaging evening focused on heart health.

The event featured a town hall–style discussion led by Rollo Villareal, M.D. and Efehi Igbinomwanhia, M.D., cardiologists with Advanced Cardiology Associates, who shared insight into heart rhythm health and answered audience questions in an approachable setting. The discussion was moderated by Dr. Matt Logan, President of Self Regional Healthcare, and encouraged meaningful dialogue around prevention, treatment options, and overall wellness.
Following the program, guests gathered for a reception, continuing conversations sparked during the discussion.
The Foundation extends sincere thanks to its partners at Lander University and the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce, as well as the physicians, moderators, volunteers, and staff who worked together to make the evening a success.
The Medically Speaking Series, led by the Foundation’s Business and Industry Committee, is designed to bring trusted medical information into the community and strengthen connections between healthcare professionals and the people they serve.
