(Greenwood, S.C., February 6, 2024) – In August 2023, FSI (Forms & Supply Inc.) renewed its commitment to continue its membership on the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation’s Corporate Honor Roll. “We recognize that providing outstanding healthcare is of critical importance — not only for the health and well-being of the citizens of the Lakelands area, but also for many of our customers who will benefit from the Foundation’s Equation For Progress Campaign that has already brought da Vinci robotic surgery to Self Regional Healthcare and will soon bring a comprehensive breast center to Greenwood and the Lakelands. All of us at FSI are pleased to contribute to the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation and are honored to be a Corporate Honor Roll member,” said Donna Jordan, President (Owner) for FSI Office.
