Leading Financial institutions, Greenwood Capital and Countybank along with Lonza are returning as the presenting sponsors for the 2019 Self Regional Healthcare Mid-Winter Ball on February 23 at the Greenwood Country Club. Proceeds from this year’s ball will again benefit the Our Vision is 2020 Campaign that will fund three mission critical projects: renovations to the Childbirth Center, renovation and expansion of the Ambulatory Care Center and renovation to the Emergency Department.

Self Regional Healthcare Foundation is pleased to announce Amy Pritchard and Hunter Bell as the honorary chairs for the 31st Annual Mid-Winter Ball. Ms. Pritchard is a member of the Foundation’s Madame Curie Society, and Ms. Bell is a board member of the Self Regional Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees and Co-Chair of the Foundation’s Special Gifts Committee.

Self Regional Healthcare Foundation to Help Piedmont Tech Strengthen Nursing Workforce Pipeline

The Self Regional Healthcare Foundation recently made a gift to the Nursing Department at Piedmont Technical College (PTC) to further strengthen the region’s nursing workforce. The funds will be used to help support the nursing curriculum at PTC and to address the immediate need for additional faculty to serve students majoring in the college’s nursing programs.
